As a Trades Helper 2 - Carpentry, you will work under a Maintenance Coordinator or designate within the Architectural Shop. The position supports repairs, installations, construction, documentation, and stock control. It is a full-time, in-person position with an indefinite term.
Key Responsibilities: Assist carpenters with flooring, door, window, and furniture repairs
Repair woodwork on walls and install handrails
Construct millwork, walls, and partitions
Maintain accurate documentation and stock control
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements: Four years of carpentry experience
Grade 12 education
Positive interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow trade requirements and regulations
Ability to move loads up to 34 kilograms
