Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will oversee client sites, service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance. The position combines security operations management, client relationship management, financial oversight, and business development. You will supervise security personnel, support branch objectives, and maintain accurate operational reporting across the region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily security operations across assigned Calgary client sites
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality
Supervise, support, and develop security personnel




Address client concerns and present operational performance updates
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Three to five years in security operations or management
At least three years in a supervisory role
Leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills
Knowledge of risk management and incident response
Valid Alberta Class 5 licence with clean driving record
Bring security leadership, compliance knowledge, and client service expertise to Allied Universal’s Calgary operations across wide-ranging sites.
