As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to continuity of resident services. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal hygiene care
Promote independence, dignity, and respect consistently
Recognise weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infection signs




Escalate identified resident risks in a timely manner
Practice safe systems of work across tasks
Requirements: Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Demonstrate initiative and respect toward residents
Follow reasonable instructions from team members
Adapt flexibly across diverse responsibilities at short notice
Provide DBS disclosure and UK work eligibility proof
