Support compliance systems and data analysis with Wellington-Altus in Calgary or Toronto. Help monitor communications, trading supervision, and internal databases.
Reporting to the AVP, Supervision, this Compliance Analyst supports tools used across the Compliance Team. The position maintains systems, analyzes compliance data, and helps ensure regulatory requirements and internal policies are followed. Wellington-Altus operates in Canada’s investment and wealth management industry.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain compliance systems, user access, updates, and current functionalities
Analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable reports
Monitor email and social media for regulator risks
Resolve system issues and ensure data accuracy




Support audits with documentation and corrective actions
Requirements: Minimum two years progressive experience with CIRO Dealer Member or bank
Knowledge of financial services, CIRO, and provincial securities regulators
Experience with data analysis and risk management
Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with supervision and communications monitoring tools
Bring systems expertise, analytical judgment, and regulatory knowledge to Wellington-Altus compliance operations in Calgary or Toronto.
