Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this full-time hybrid position combines remote, office-based, and on-site responsibilities. You will manage security operations, strengthen client relationships, support financial objectives, and contribute to business development. The position requires security operations knowledge, leadership, incident response, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and security management systems.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily security operations across assigned Calgary client sites
Conduct inspections and audits to maintain service quality
Supervise, support, and develop security personnel




Address client concerns, escalations, and service requirements
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Three to five years of security operations or management experience
At least three years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of risk management and incident response
Valid Alberta Class 5 licence and clean driving record
