White Cap seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to manage assigned functional areas and support daily facility operations. You will ensure department goals are achieved, apply SOPs consistently, and administer associate-related processes. This supervisor trains and delegates work, reviews junior associates’ output, and may act as manager without hiring or firing authority.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure successful achievement of assigned performance goals
Ensure compliance with personnel policies and SOPs
Survey facilities for repair and maintenance items




Promote and manage workplace safety programs
Handle refunds, customer problems, and assigned managerial duties
Requirements: Generally seven or more years of relevant experience
Technical certification or associate degree may apply
Independent judgment under limited supervisory review
Ability to develop customized solutions for complex problems
Ability to move or lift light articles occasionally
Bring distribution center leadership, safety oversight, and complex problem-solving experience to White Cap’s warehouse operations.
