As Room Leader, you will lead and manage a nursery room while supporting high-quality care and education. You will guide your team, encourage collaboration, and promote career development. Solid relationships with children and families will help meet individual needs and support learning.

Requirements:
Level 3 UK-recognised early years qualification
Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
Extensive knowledge of child safeguarding
Completion of an enhanced DBS check
Commitment to regular safeguarding training
