This Regional Project Controls Lead partners with delivery, business, growth, finance, and operations leaders. You connect portfolio performance with margin, DSO, resourcing, forecasting, and risk management. The position also supports consistent governance and project controls practices across regional groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor regional project performance and margin impacts
Review reporting to identify trends, risks, and prospects
Participate in financial-management forums and escalate issues
Guide leaders on project-controls strategy and governance




Coordinate lessons learned across regions and business centers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with ten years of progressive relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of Financial Percent Complete and gross margin
Robust portfolio governance and forecasting experience
Explicit executive communication and sound judgment
Leadership experience in engineering consulting is preferred
