Hiring: Senior Consultant – Organizational Structure Design

Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)

Contract: 6 months + Potential Extension

Hours: 35 hours/week

We are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Design Consultant to help establish a new independent business function within a BC public-sector organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess current organizational structures, processes and responsibilities.
Design a new organizational structure and future-state operating model.
Develop governance, accountability and decision-making frameworks.
Define roles, responsibilities and resource requirements.
Develop transition and implementation plans.
Support change management and stakeholder engagement.
Facilitate workshops and advise senior leadership.

Requirements:




10+ years of management or business consulting experience.
Robust hands-on organizational design experience.
Experience establishing recent organizational functions or operating models.
Robust governance, transition management and change management expertise.
Experience advising executives and facilitating complex stakeholder discussions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Highly Preferred:
BC public-sector or Crown corporation experience.
Experience with statutory bodies, regulated organizations, legal services or independent oversight functions.
