CA$25.00 hourly Remote Temporary, Part-time Act as a trusted advisor on disability, WCB, and leave management programs. Lead the effective administration of complex WCB and disability leave, workplace accommodation, and fitness-for-work cases while ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and collective agreements. Advance program effectiveness through data-driven insights, process improvements, and industry best practice implementation. You will report to the Supervisor, Compensation, Benefits & Pension on a team that values collaboration, community, and support. We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development. Have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in human resources, specializing in disability management and WCB leave administration, accommodation, and return-to-work coordination. Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration, preferably majoring in HR (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).



Skilled designation such as CDMP, CRTWC, or equivalent disability management certification is considered an asset.
