Support secure senior living communities through basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily facility care at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will complete work orders and assigned maintenance tasks across the community. The position supports resident, family, and team member safety through repairs, inspections, and building operations. Duties include plumbing, electrical, appliance, fixture, HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Complete assigned maintenance tasks and community work orders Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and fixture repairs Assist with painting, refurbishing, and suite make-ready projects Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance Perform preventative maintenance, safety checks, and fire drills

Requirements:
