This Transfer Specialist role supports advisor block transfers and Reassignments across Hub Financial’s insurance and MGA operations. You will act as a liaison between brokers and insurance companies, facilitating servicing and commission changes. Daily work includes obtaining client listings, preparing documentation, maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to projects. Experience with contracting and block transfers is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate servicing and commission changes for advisor Reassignments
Build relationships with insurance companies and external partners
Obtain client listings for investigations and block transfers




Maintain current broker and block transfer information in WealthServ
Participate in Licensed Inforce and Reassignments project work
Requirements: Curiosity and consistent performance supporting others
Team-oriented approach to internal and external relationships
Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Financial services, insurance, or MGA operations experience is an asset
