Public Service Delivery is seeking a qualified grounds maintenance professional for Operations, District One, Asset Management. The role combines greenhouse operations, crop production, lawn care, flower garden maintenance, equipment operation, and winter snow removal. Reporting to the Grounds Manager, you will help preserve a secure, attractive, and welcoming property.
Key Responsibilities: Operate grass mowers, tillers, and gardening equipment
Care for flower beds, trees, shrubs, and perennial beds
Sweep steps, collect litter, and empty garbage cans
Sand walkways and parking lots during winter




Perform routine equipment maintenance and fluid checks
Requirements: Commercial facility equipment operation experience
Greenhouse operations and crop production experience
Routine maintenance experience, including oil changes and tire pressure
Knowledge of workplace safety legislation and safe work practices
Ability to work independently and establish priorities
Bring greenhouse, grounds care, and equipment maintenance experience to Manitoba’s year-round public property operations.
