The Accommodations Manager develops operating procedures, recruits staff, and coordinates schedules. The position also manages suppliers, budgets, revenues, expenses, and marketing plans. Solid communication, initiative, flexibility, and client focus support effective property operations.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement daily operating policies and procedures
Recruit, hire, and supervise accommodations staff
Negotiate supplier provision of materials and supplies
Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
Establish schedules and address customer complaints or concerns
Requirements: College or CEGEP education
One year to less than two years’ experience
Equivalent experience may be considered
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and efficient interpersonal skills
