The Assistant Manager leads when the Store Manager is absent and supports store operations. You will translate retail knowledge into sales results, develop team members, and represent LensCrafters within the community. The work includes performance metrics, customer experience, and optical retail standards.
Key Responsibilities: Support store business plans to maximize sales and profit
Partner with the Store Manager to lead and develop teams
Deliver feedback and support employee development
Execute visual directives and maintain store appearance
Promote compliance with policies and perform administrative duties
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent
One or more years managing direct reports
Knowledge of retail operations, processes, and policies
Strong communication, listening, selling, and problem solving skills
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Bring retail leadership, sales performance, and team development skills to LensCrafters as an Assistant Manager supporting optical care.
