Goodwill is hiring a permanent, full-time Employee Coach to help employees identify growth opportunities and access support. You will provide case-managed assistance, coordinate educational workshops, and collaborate with management on team-member success. The position also supports mental health, wellness, financial health, and digital literacy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Create career plans and identify employee growth opportunities
Provide case-managed support toward employee goals
Coordinate workshops on mental health and addiction
Maintain confidential electronic and paper records




Support access to employee assistance and health benefits
Requirements: Post-secondary Social Work or social services degree or diploma
Three years supporting people facing employment or inclusion barriers
Knowledge of community resources and resource navigation
Familiarity with case management database software
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate insurance
Bring coaching, case management, and community-resource knowledge to Goodwill’s employee development work in London, Ontario.
