Provide resident-centered care at Aspen Ridge Lodge, supporting dignity, independence, and daily living needs. Work permanent part time days in Didsbury with Bethany Care Society.
This Health Care Aide position serves residents within the designated scope of practice at Aspen/MVSH Aspen Ridge Lodge and Designated Assisted Living. Responsibilities include responsive care, accurate documentation, safety practices, and cooperation with care teams. Previous Health Care Aide experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to resident needs according to care plans
Support choices while preserving privacy and dignity
Monitor physical, psychological, spiritual, social, and emotional well-being
Report care observations to nurses in a timely manner




Contribute to safe resident and workplace environments
Requirements: Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate
Grade 10 education and CLHA registration
Previous Health Care Aide experience preferred, not required
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
Excellent problem-solving and observation abilities
Use resident-centered care, accurate reporting, and respectful communication to support Aspen Ridge Lodge’s designated assisted living residents.
