Operate up-to-date production equipment at Norbec’s Strathroy facility while building skills across manufacturing operations and material handling. Work rotating 12.5-hour day and night shifts.
As a Production Operator, you will support insulated metal panel and walk-in cooler manufacturing. The position involves equipment monitoring, inventory movement, production documentation, and basic adjustments. You will contribute to safe, efficient, high-quality operations while working across multiple production areas.
Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Handle materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment
Track inventory, bundles, components, and production materials




Complete documentation and data entry for product traceability
Maintain organized areas and participate in 5S activities
Requirements: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Basic computer skills and production systems experience
Forklift or overhead crane experience or certification is an asset
Bring dependable equipment operation, material handling, and safety skills to Norbec’s Strathroy manufacturing team across rotating shifts.
