This temporary Delivery Agent position serves customers and businesses throughout Sudbury, Ontario. You will prepare deliveries, operate a postal vehicle, and deliver items by foot or vehicle. The role requires English or French, physical strength, secure driving, and on-call availability.
Key Responsibilities: Sort and prepare daily deliveries at the depot
Load and drive a Canada Post postal vehicle
Deliver mail and packages along assigned routes
Deliver items by foot or vehicle
Unload incoming mail and packages at the depot
Requirements: Valid Class 5 or Class G driver's licence
Safe driving record for at least three years
Ability to lift 22.7 kilograms and carry 15.9 kilograms
Ability to work in all types of weather
English and/or French language ability with on-call availability
