As a Critical Facility Operator, you will assist with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, power, and life safety systems. You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, coordinate maintenance support, and help maintain uptime. The position supports a 24/7 operational setting with on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor, inspect, and maintain critical equipment and building systems
Support preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
Perform equipment testing, generator testing, and transfer operations
Report discrepancies, trends, and abnormal facility conditions




Maintain records, schedules, spare parts, and operational documentation
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Three or more years preferred in critical facilities or maintenance
Mechanical, HVAC, or electrical certification preferred
Knowledge of building controls, automation, fire, and security systems
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use hand tools
Support Wesco data center reliability through equipment monitoring, maintenance coordination, troubleshooting, and emergency response on rotating nights.
