You will support loss prevention strategies through surveillance, lawful apprehensions, incident reporting, and collaboration with store teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct undercover surveillance for theft and high-risk activity
Monitor behavioural patterns supporting loss prevention strategies
Perform lawful apprehensions under policy and training




Complete detailed, accurate incident reports
Collaborate with store teams and security professionals
Requirements: Valid British Columbia Security Worker License
Advanced Security Training certification
Minimum two years of security experience
Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
Composure during high-pressure situations
