Pacific Cove Properties seeks an experienced Community Manager for Fig, a new rental community in Riley Park. You will lead the on-site team, oversee building operations, and build positive resident relationships. The position supports move-ins, tenancy administration, maintenance coordination, and operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the on-site team and coordinate daily responsibilities
Address resident questions, concerns, and disputes professionally
Oversee maintenance requests, inspections, staff, and contractors
Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and suite turnovers




Manage rent collection, deposits, records, and documentation
Requirements: Minimum two years’ residential property management experience
Strong understanding of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
Experience with building operations and tenancy administration
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Property management software and electronic records proficiency
Bring leadership, resident relations, and tenancy administration expertise to establish a well-managed community at Fig in Vancouver.
