BCAA is hiring an Insurance Advisor or Senior Insurance Advisor at its Kelowna Service Location. Senior candidates receive first consideration, while qualified Insurance Advisors may progress with Home Insurance sales experience and six months of General Insurance experience. You will recommend suitable coverage, process policies, and deliver signature customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Issue BCAA insurance products and services independently
Review coverage and recommend policy changes
Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting
Process payments, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
Achieve sales, productivity, and member experience goals
Requirements: One to two consecutive years of General Insurance experience
One year selling homeowners insurance for senior level
Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance license
Completion of Autoplan Essentials
Positive standing with the Insurance Council of BC
Bring insurance licensing, homeowners sales experience, and customer relationship skills to BCAA’s Kelowna Service Location.
