The Production Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and directs production activities while supervising skilled and unskilled employees. This position coordinates priorities, monitors workflow, and supports timely work-order completion. The supervisor also maintains safety, quality, performance, and workforce standards.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and direct production to meet schedules
Supervise, mentor, and engage varied-skill employees
Monitor workflow, priorities, team performance, and KPIs
Coordinate component availability with Materials
Enforce OSHA compliance,



PPE, and secure work practices
Requirements: Five-plus years supervising in a manufacturing environment
High school diploma or certificate of completion
Licensed Red Seal trade or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment
Ability to complete training and lift up to 40 pounds
