Key Responsibilities: Obtain requirements through interviews and working sessions
Analyze information and recommend solutions to users
Document business requirements using defined templates
Connect IT, users, managers, and support teams
Assess and communicate impacts of needed changes
Requirements: At least two years of relevant experience
Experience in project and defect management
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid oral and written communication skills
Eligibility to work in Canada
