Reporting to the Director, Application Management & Data Services, you will support legacy and up-to-date applications, data platforms, and service quality. The work connects judiciary stakeholders, court operations, vendors, and technical teams across Alberta’s three courts.
Key Responsibilities: Design incident and service request workflows within a unified ITSM framework
Coordinate communications and resolutions during major court system incidents
Facilitate change and release management for application updates




Gather requirements from Justices and court staff
Monitor vendor services against SLAs and quality standards
Requirements: Seven-plus years through specified education and Application Analyst experience
Ten-plus years planning and monitoring user acceptance testing
Ten-plus years using ServiceNow or alternative ticket systems
Eight-plus years supporting Agile/Scrum application delivery and operations
Authorization to work in Canada and onsite availability
