Licensed 433A Millwright work awaits in Mississauga, focused on conveyor systems, welding, and industrial maintenance. This permanent night shift runs from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Kelly Services is recruiting an experienced Industrial Mechanic for a client’s night maintenance team. The position supports equipment reliability and plant operations through conveyor troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, fabrication, and mechanical repairs. Several years of post-certification experience are required.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair conveyor and material handling equipment Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities Replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, chains, and belts Complete fabrication, welding,



and equipment modifications Respond to breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis

Requirements:
Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright License Several years of industrial maintenance experience after certification Robust conveyor systems and mechanical power transmission experience Proficiency with MIG, stick, and oxy-acetylene welding Experience with fabrication, rigging, hand tools, and power tools Bring licensed millwright expertise, conveyor troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication skills to Mississauga’s permanent night maintenance shift.
