Lead youth program planning and delivery at Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre in a regular full time supervisory position. Support responsive services for diverse communities. The Supervisor, Youth Programs leads current community youth programs with the Manager, Integrated Youth Services. This position oversees program development, evaluation, partnerships, operations, and team support. It also responds to community needs and demographics through collaboration with staff, volunteers, participants, and community organizations. Plan, implement, evaluate, and develop community youth programs Develop partnerships with youth-serving and community organizations Oversee daily operations and escalate emerging risks appropriately Maintain reporting, registration, records, and program data Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Three to five years’ relevant experience, preferably with youth Fluency in English; French preferred and other languages an asset Apply your youth programming, partnership development, and people leadership experience within Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. #
