White Bear Industries is looking to fill a full-time Class 1 Driver position in Fort Nelson, BC.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will safely haul materials and equipment to and from job sites.

Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate Class 1 units, which may include gravel trucks with pups, end dumps, belly dumps and lowbeds
Haul and deliver materials and equipment to job sites
Load, secure and unload equipment and materials
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurate daily logs
Perform basic truck maintenance, including greasing and fluid checks
Report mechanical issues, damage or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor or mechanic
Follow all company safety policies, site procedures and traffic regulations
Complete timesheets and other required paperwork accurately
Other duties as required

Requirements
Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement
Clean driver's abstract
Experience hauling on winter road conditions
Knowledge of safe work procedures




Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Respect for company policies and environmentally responsible work practices
Willingness to work as part of a team

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
