Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties
Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physicians' orders and legal regulations
Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication use, potential side effects, and interactions
Maintain detailed and accurate medication records and documentation for all prescriptions dispensed
Ensure compliance with pharmcy policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to medication management
Educate patients on proper medication administration, storage, and potential adverse effects
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.

Requirements
Valid pharmacist license in Ontario




Proven experience working in a retail pharmacy
Robust knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmacy law
Experience providing patient-centered care
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements
