This position will be performed onsite Monday through Friday at Fleming and Baron (an ASSA ABLOY company) located in Woodbridge, Ontario. What would you do as our Bilingual Customer Account Manager? You will be responsible for providing excellent customer support in a technical product workplace. You’ll serve customers in both French-speaking and non‑French‑speaking regions while helping ensure their needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and professionally. Support customer inquiries, pricing and discounts, order entry, order follow‑up, and after‑sales needs Review orders for product and pricing accuracy and work with customers to resolve discrepancies Recommend alternatives when appropriate to help meet customer requirements Build strong relationships with customers and develop a solid understanding of their needs Collaborate closely with Sales, teammates, and support departments to deliver a consistent customer experience Act as a customer advocate within Fleming and Baron, providing timely and accurate updates Partner with the Sales team to help drive growth and uncover new opportunities with customers Fluency in French and English ~3+ years of Account Management experience supporting custom products ~ Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices ~ Experience using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.



~ Experience successfully supporting customers in a fast‑paced B2B environment ~ Interest in learning technical products and providing technical support and guidance to customers ~ Ability to take initiative and implement solutions to resolve customer issues ~ Ability to build positive relationships, manage conflict, and establish credibility internally and externally ~ Manufacturing and/or building materials product knowledge is considered an asset This position is classified as non‑exempt (eligible for overtime) with an hourly pay range of $35.00 to $38.00.
