Monitor the team quality and performance Implement projects including new fund launches and fund mergers Ensure that resources are effectively managed to deal with an increase/decrease in the number of funds Support the introduction of new technology and operational processes to effectively reduce cost, increase the quality of service and ensure accuracy Complete annual & semi-annual performance reviews for staff Degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field ~ Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Investment Funds ~ Good technical knowledge of calculating Net Asset Value ~ Accounting designation or other professional designation (CFA) We thrive on the challenge to be our best,
