Key Responsibilities




Investigate third-party bodily injury claims from commercial accounts Assess exposure and determine appropriate handling strategies Negotiate settlements with legal counsel and claimants Communicate with relevant parties throughout claims processes Maintain accurate, comprehensive claim file documentation

Requirements:
Five or more years handling commercial bodily injury claims Experience handling liability claims at intermediate or senior level At least four completed CIP courses or CIP designation Comfort managing desk-based caseloads through phone and digital communication Third-party administrator or self-insured claims experience is advantageous Bring liability assessment, exposure analysis, negotiation, and claims management expertise to commercial bodily injury files.
