As an Hourly Bartender, you will prepare alcoholic drinks and follow standard recipes or guest preferences. You will support dining experiences in restaurants, bars, cocktail lounges, and other drink-service settings. The position requires drink knowledge, communication skills, and a safe approach to alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take, fill, garnish, and serve drink orders
- Collect payments and operate the POS system
- Clean work areas, glasses, utensils, and guest spaces
- Monitor inventory and order required bar supplies
- Check identification and manage protected alcohol service

Requirements:

- High-school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Required age of majority or older
- One to two years of bartending experience
- Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Applicable provincial alcohol sale and handling certificate
