As a Cybersecurity Advisor, you will support Security Advisory Services across business lines and IT teams. Assess projects, interpret security risks, and promote alignment with Aviva’s cybersecurity standards and policies. Your work supports informed decisions that protect information assets and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct security assessments for projects of varying size and complexity
Review architecture documents and create security assessment reports
Guide stakeholders managing risks through action or closure
Improve Information Security Risk Management program outcomes




Communicate findings to partners and senior leaders
Requirements: Three to five years of cybersecurity experience
Experience with information security risk assessments
Application security design, architecture, and cloud solutions experience
Understanding of cybersecurity standards, principles, practices, and frameworks
Post-secondary education or comparable skilled training
Use cybersecurity assessment, architecture, and risk expertise to help Aviva Canada manage organizational cyber risks.
