Lead commercial construction projects for Matheson Constructors across Toronto and the GTA, applying scheduling, contract management, and financial oversight expertise.
As Project Manager, you will direct delivery from pursuit through close-out while managing cost, schedule, quality, safety, and contractual performance. You will coordinate Project Coordinators, collaborate with Project Superintendents, and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, control, and project close-out
Manage budgets, billing submissions, risks, and financial performance
Develop schedules, sequencing, resource allocation, and milestone alignment
Manage contracts, subcontractor tendering,



and contractual obligations
Promote safety and maintain regulatory compliance across projects
Requirements: Post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering or construction management
Minimum five years managing commercial construction projects
Experience in mid-to-large general contracting environments
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Bring construction leadership, commercial management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination skills to Matheson Constructors’ Toronto-area projects.
