As an Implementation Project Manager, you serve as the primary client contact throughout delivery. You lead multi-country, multi-service implementations across EOR and Managed Services offerings. This client-facing position combines project management, risk management, stakeholder communication, and client advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end EOR and Managed Services implementations
Manage detailed multi-workstream project plans
Coordinate operational teams, partners, and stakeholders
Oversee client setup, technology adoption, and platform training




Identify risks and ensure accurate go-live forecasting
Requirements: Proven client-facing Implementation or Project Manager experience
Experience with HR, Payroll, or Global Employment preferred
Strong project, risk management, and communication skills
Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage complex multi-country implementations
Bring global project leadership, stakeholder communication, and client advisory skills to Safeguard Global implementation delivery.
