Do you enjoy combining sales analysis, consumer trends and product knowledge to help determine the right assortment for a market? Are you looking for a role where you can directly contribute to the product strategy of an established international brand? A well‑established international company in the footwear and fashion industry is currently looking for an Assortment & Merchandising Specialist to join its Brossard team. In this role, you will help build and optimize product assortments for the Canadian market. You will analyze category and product performance and contribute to seasonal launches while working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Planning teams.

Opportunity to develop your expertise in merchandising, assortment and product management
Your responsibilities Support the development and optimization of product assortments and the Canadian product portfolio
Analyze sales, sell-through, inventory, margins and SKU performance
Contribute to seasonal launches, new product development and markdown or exit strategies
Monitor market and consumer trends to identify product opportunities
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Inventory Planning teams in Canada and internationally
Profile 2 years of experience in buying, merchandising, product management, category management or assortment planning
Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories or a product‑driven retail environment
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel
Comfortable working with sales, inventory, margins and SKU‑level data
Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, to collaborate and present with Canadian and international teams on a daily basis
