Corpay seeks a Director within its Cross-Border Payments Operations division. You will lead strategic initiatives across banking, payments, and FX, partnering with treasury, trading, product, technology, risk, compliance, and senior leadership. The work focuses on measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead strategic operational initiatives across banking, payments, and FX
Drive transformation, governance, milestone tracking, and stage-gate approvals
Implement banking capabilities, payment solutions, products, processes, and technologies
Analyze performance, financial data, market intelligence, and operational trends
Present business cases, risks, recommendations, and results to leadership




Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, banking, or related field
Minimum seven years’ progressive banking, payments, FX, or financial services experience
Strong understanding of banking operations, payment processing, cross-border payments, and FX transactions
Experience leading transformation, process improvement, and operational change initiatives
Robust analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
Apply strategic leadership, financial analysis, and operational transformation expertise to Corpay’s Toronto banking and payments initiatives.
