Grow rounds and revenue through golf operations, retail leadership, and financial management at Lingan Golf Club. Work full-time in a senior operating role.
The club is seeking a senior golf leader accountable for its day-to-day golf business and continued growth. You will guide annual operating and capital budgets, monthly reporting, purchasing, inventory, merchandising, and revenue initiatives. The position also supports leagues, tournaments, corporate events, junior programming, and a strong golfer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop strategies increasing rounds and average revenue per round
Improve green-fee, golf-shop, league, tournament, and event revenue
Create seasonal merchandising and promotional plans for retail
Control purchasing, inventory, costs, and capital planning




Coordinate with Food & Beverage and Course Maintenance
Requirements: PGA of Canada Class A or equivalent golf-industry management experience
Five or more years in golf, hospitality, or club management
Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and priority management
Robust budgeting, financial analysis, and spreadsheet skills
Experience with tee sheets, reservations, retail, and inventory
Use commercial golf management, budgeting, merchandising, and revenue-growth expertise to strengthen Lingan Golf Club’s financial performance.
