As a senior individual contributor, you will own the EMS/PCBA category for ABB’s Analytical business line. You will consolidate global strategy and the supply base with factories, local teams, regional teams, and global leadership. Your work turns sourcing plans into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Develop global EMS/PCBA strategy, supplier footprint, and risk mitigation
Lead CIPS sourcing strategies for capability and capacity
Negotiate supplier agreements and renew price lists
Manage budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs
Oversee contracts and category sourcing performance targets
Requirements: Proven strategic sourcing and category management experience
Experience in EMS/PCBA or electronics manufacturing preferred
Experience building and executing global strategies
Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Data-driven approach to analysis and reporting
Shape ABB’s EMS/PCBA category through global strategy, supplier relationships, negotiation, and disciplined sourcing execution.
