The Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager oversees warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment activities across managed facilities. This manager leads teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management. The work supports protected, compliant execution, productivity, service excellence, and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations across managed facilities
Manage teams through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and engagement
Allocate resources and coordinate workflows against operational targets
Drive process improvements and implement operational best practices




Monitor metrics and resolve challenges through effective decisions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or operations management
Several years of progressive logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment experience
Experience leading frontline or supervisory warehouse teams
Experience with workforce planning and resource allocation
Understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and best practices
Use people leadership, WMS expertise, and continuous improvement skills to strengthen Maersk fulfillment operations and customer outcomes.
