The Regional Human Resources Manager provides hands-on leadership for Assa Abloy Canada’s regional employee lifecycle. You will advise General Managers and people leaders while coordinating safety, talent acquisition, and training programs. Core work includes investigations, performance management, accommodations, corrective action, compliance, change, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities: Advise leaders on employee relations and conflict resolution
Ensure company policy and employment legislation compliance
Support disability management and return-to-work processes
Use HR and safety metrics to identify risks
Drive accountability for engagement, performance, and talent outcomes
Requirements: Seven or more years of progressive human resources experience
Minimum three years in an HR Manager role
Experience supporting multi-site or industrial organizations
Solid coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities
