Maintain Interpro Red Deer’s quality management system using audit coordination, specification review, and corrective action skills. Support timely product release.
This Quality Systems Coordinator maintains the site’s QMS and verifies products conform to applicable standards. The position reviews customer specifications, manages internal and third party audits, and supports quality control activities. It also contributes to change management, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and corrective action effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and participate in internal and third party site audits
Manage non-conformances through appropriate resolution
Maintain QMS procedures, instructions, and documentation




Ensure timely product release for finishing and shipping
Lead change management and conduct risk assessments
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum three years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems
Experience writing technical documents and work instructions
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Apply quality systems, audit management, and corrective action expertise to support Interpro Red Deer’s manufacturing operations.
