As Senior Manager, you will manage policy research, analysis, design, development, and delivery for an assigned financial services sector. Your work supports principles-based regulation, market conduct initiatives, legislative interpretation, and evidence-based recommendations aligned with Policy department strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage policy initiatives for assigned financial services sectors
Develop regulatory guidance, rules, plans, and procedures
Analyze trends, developments, legislation, and regulatory approaches
Advise management on complex Policy issues and solutions




Coordinate consultations across Canadian and international jurisdictions
Requirements: Six to eight years in financial services policy or regulatory oversight
Knowledge of government decision-making and policy development processes
Knowledge of legislative and regulatory design principles
Experience leading complex policy projects and competing priorities
Political acuity, tact, judgment, and strategic risk advice skills
Use financial services policy expertise, regulatory analysis, and strategic advice to advance FSRA programs and sector oversight.
