As a Mechanical Prototyping Specialist, you will support cross-functional technology-development projects within the Technology Development team. The work combines mechanical design, hands-on building, testing, data analysis, and technical documentation. You will help evaluate and integrate UVC LEDs and related technologies into water-disinfection systems.
Key Responsibilities: Translate technical requirements into mechanical concepts, designs, and prototypes
Create CAD models, engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures
Build, assemble, test, troubleshoot, and refine prototype hardware
Execute technology evaluations and analyze performance-test results




Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary team members
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or relevant technical discipline
At least three years of relevant experience
Proficiency with SolidWorks and three-dimensional CAD modeling
Experience designing, building, testing, and refining prototypes
Knowledge of additive manufacturing, machining, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
Apply mechanical design, SolidWorks, prototype testing, and technical documentation skills to advance Trojan Technologies water-disinfection systems.
