We at Raise are hiring a Mainframe Security / Ransomware Architect for one of our top clients. After establishing themselves as an industry leader, they’re now expanding their team to meet rising demand.

Location: Remote
Contract Length: 12 Months

Key Responsibilities

Architecture skills

being able to understand the customer requirements , translate them into solutions that fit the current Desjardins setting and the contractual obligations,

document , compare and present these solutions to the customer and lead workshops around these topics,

participate in sow/change requests, including the description of the solution and estimates .

overview, from a technical standpoint, the work of SMEs who actually do the implementations, to orient their work and discuss challenges faced.

Mainframe z/OS deep knowledge including DS8000 storage/GM/SGC/GDPS-LCP, VTL (TS7700), IMS, DB2, backups, automation, ACF2.

Knowledge of the Ransomware Infrastructure already in place.

The next phases of the ransomware solution will include:

Data recovery (IMS, DB2,



CICS, etc.)

Mitigation of data loss

Improving detection and investigation
