This Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager while managing store operations under Company guidelines. You oversee front-end execution, maintain quality assurance standards, and ensure compliance with Walmart policies and established procedures. You also cross-train across store areas, guide Associates, and respond to customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities: Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls
Maintain quality assurance and operational review standards
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and financial procedures
Conduct meetings and communicate operational direction and initiatives




Develop Associates through training and skilled growth opportunities
Requirements: Minimum age requirement is 16 years
Ability to model friendly and helpful customer service
Ability to enforce policies and provide performance feedback
Ability to support company programs and community events
Ability to manage merchandise and cash controls appropriately
Bring operational discipline, front-end oversight, safety awareness, and Associate development to Walmart’s Laval management team.
