This Loyalty Marketing Specialist connects coalition priorities with banner and cross-functional marketing plans. You will partner with CRM, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Customer Care, Analytics, and external agencies. The work includes offer development, audience inputs, creative reviews, KPI tracking, customer communications, and post-campaign analysis. Financial administration is also central.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with CRM on audience inputs and personalized loyalty messaging
Collaborate with Merchandising on offer development and program economics
Develop creative briefs and coordinate agency reviews and feedback




Review campaign results and translate findings into recommendations
Coordinate customer communication issues with Customer Care and Business Services
Requirements: Three to five years of relevant customer relationship or loyalty marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
Knowledge of direct marketing, retail loyalty, KPIs, and merchandising
Ability to explain recommendations to leaders, operations, merchandising, and stores
Transparent creative briefs and agency collaboration within brand standards
Bring CRM, offer management, creative coordination, and analytical skills to strengthen Moi Rewards member engagement and campaign performance.
