Robert Half is partnering with an organization in Kanata to hire a full-time, permanent Bookkeeper for an on-site role.

Compensation and benefits

Salary: $75,000-$80,000 per year

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including supplier payments, customer receipts, deposits, and daily financial transactions.

Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts, maintaining supporting documentation.

Administer payroll and assist with remittances and statutory submissions.

Prepare and track purchase orders and assign costs to projects, departments, or inventory locations.

Resolve supplier questions and billing issues, and maintain vendor, product, and pricing information.

Support inventory record reviews and monitor job costing, preparing variance reports.

Generate customer invoices, record payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

Coordinate with construction, service, sales, yard or shop, store, and administration teams to maintain accurate financial records.
